Rules for Organized and Street-Level Criminal RP

🎭 Story Before Numbers
Gang roleplay should focus on story, character development, territory, and relationships - not simply recruiting members or winning fights.
🧱 Organic Gang Development
Gangs must develop naturally through roleplay. Instant gang creation, mass recruiting, or claiming territory without RP is not allowed.
⚖️ Balance the City
Criminal groups should not dominate every situation. Allow room for civilians, law enforcement, and rival groups to participate in meaningful roleplay.
⚠️ Proper Escalation
Violent conflict, robberies, kidnappings, and gang wars must have believable roleplay escalation and clear motivation.
🧠 No OOC Coordination
Do not use Discord, streams, or out-of-character communication to coordinate criminal activity or gain unfair advantages.
🗺️ Territory Must Be Earned
Territories, hangouts, and influence must be established through consistent in-character presence and roleplay, not simply claimed.
🔄 Consequences Matter
Gang actions should have realistic consequences, including police attention, rival retaliation, injuries, arrests, or internal conflict.
👑 Leadership Responsibility
Gang leaders are responsible for maintaining roleplay quality, controlling member behavior, and ensuring their group follows server rules.
🔫 War & Conflict
Gang conflicts should be roleplay-driven and not constant. Prolonged wars without meaningful roleplay progression may be moderated by staff.
🚫 No Crime Spam
Criminal activity should be meaningful and story-driven. Repeated robberies or crimes purely for profit or chaos may be treated as poor roleplay.
🤝 Respect Rival RP
Gang conflicts should aim to create engaging roleplay for all involved, not simply eliminate or grief opposing groups.
🚔 Police Interaction
Criminal groups must respect law enforcement roleplay and avoid unrealistic avoidance or constant evasion without roleplay interaction.
